Willamette Valley Company's Railroad Division developed the ET-75 wood sleeper remediation product to effectively fill a spike hole in wooden railway sleepers. ET-75 creates a moisture barrier while adding new density to the timber. This non-foaming, 100% solid polyurethane is specifically designed to exhibit consistent performance in a variety of outdoor conditions. The material provides enhanced durability and resistance to mechanical loading, prolonging the effective maintenance of gauge. ET-75 is easy to apply, forming a gel upon mixing to allow for controlled dispensing and application of the product. For application, we recommend using Willamette Valley Company's Railroad Division’s metering equipment, which has been specifically engineered for controlling SpikeFast's mix ratio, temperature, viscosity and set time.
