New Magnetic Clamping System Installed

HallRail have recently invested in a new magnetic clamping system for its 10.0m CNC Elgamill. The system from Italian company "Tecnomagnete" is the first of its type to be supplied to the UK.

Productivity on the machine has significantly increased thanks to the new magnets, with its push button remote control system, this now completely eliminates the need for time consuming traditional clamping. (see gallery on facilities page for image)

Following the instant success of the system, an order has been placed with Tecnomagnete for a further set of magnets for the Asquith CNC gantry mill.
